AAAAAND....servers are down....no surprise. Hope this **** is hammered out by the end of the week, I didn't just drop 60 to stare at the login screen.

You should have a little people icon in the lower right of your screen? Click on that and a window should pop up. Click on add friend, make sure you have your friend's battletag (they can find this at the Battle.net account portion of the site) and just type in the battletag and send friend request.

So, on the initial launch date I played during the 2nd intermission of game two and my character reached level 4. When I went back to play yesterday, I was level 3 and had to redo one quest...no big deal. Finally tried to make some progress yesterday and before I got to A boss fight, I got the message "server will be shutting down in 5 minutes"
