Fantasy Hockey: Penner or Williams?

Who would you rather have on your squad, D. Penn or JDub? I feel like DP will have a breakthrough season and JW will stay about the same. What do you guys think?

Williams but, it all depends on what rounds you're looking at.

Pretty much what you'd expect. Williams should be a safe bet but Dustin Penner might have a breakout season. Maybe it's just me but I feel like there aren't too many over-the-top RWers available.
