I just used Windows Media Player to share my files and now I can stream to the XBox without Windows Media Center. :)

How did you do that. I was told that you cannot do that with XP.

Open up Windows Media Player - at the top will be the Library tab under which will be a "Media sharing" option. If your Xbox is sharing your router, and turned on, you should be able to add it there. I think.

That'll work for PS3's as well.
