How do the graphics compare to heavy rain? That game had some pretty good motion capture too.

So funny, I got the game Tuesday from Amazon but my system (purchased elsewhere) is delayed. I now have a couple of games here but no system.

I sent a complaint e-mail to Amazon about the shipping problem. Yes, I know it's not their fault and I had some time on my hands after work & school. I was annoyed not being able to play the game while other people got to play it... so why not?

Basically I told them that I hardly shop on Amazon and that my go-to place to get video games is normally Gamestop, Best Buy, etc. I let them know that the only reason I ordered this game from Amazon was because I heard about the $15 pre-order credit. I told them that Best Buy and Toys R Us had the same pre-order bonus but I decided to choose them instead.

Long story short, I made sure to make it sound like I was upset enough to not use Amazon ever again. They replied in 2 hours and gave me an extra $10 promotional credit.

So there ya go... bitching works I guess. $25 in credit now but I have to wait to play L.A. Noire.

I know it's just a video game and waiting 1-2 extra days isn't going to kill me. I know it wasn't just me that was affected by this. Apparently almost all of Southern California got f***ed. Go figure huh? I guess we should have just driven around L.A. in person. But I'm glad I got an extra 10 dollar in credit instead of nothing. Oh, and they refunded my 99 cents too because they didn't fulfill their promise for release date shipping.

Awesome game so far, about an hour in. Pretty long tutorial, and I'm also still on the standard-def wagon.... I can't read ****.

Unbelievable graphics and I can't wait till the training wheels come off and I get to just play the game... Flashback sequences are cool.

"That shop is just two blocks from here!" How many times is my partner going to say that?

And one more thing.... VERY heavily influenced by L.A. Confidential so far... eh boyo?

I found it. It's located under "Cases" on the main menu. You'll see the option on the bottom of each file*

* I'm not sure if you have to complete the main story to unlock this. I've completed all the missions so it does show up for me.

Not sure if it's been mentioned but Amazon upped their promotion to $20 off which I used to pre-order Arkham City. That game currently has a $10 off promotion.
