Thread: LGK NHL 08 360 League

It stupidly happens from time to time in this game. One game, your goalie will be a break wall, and even the best of chances won't go in. Other times, your goalie will just be a complete idiot and let anything in.

It doesn't matter what type of defense you're playing, if it's a shot on goal, it'll go in.

Happens way too often in Dynasty Mode, especially when you're about to win your 5th straight game. The computer just goes in cheat mode and screws you over. I'm guessing online play is the same. The computer decides whether or not your goalie will have a crappy night or not.

hawkeye you little bitch quitter, I hope you realize I still got credit for the win, s***head. It's kids like this that ruin the online portion of the game for me.

Also, OP was too scared to accept a game challenge from me and blamed it on EA. HA!

First goal, you scored on a rebound. You said it didn't go in, but I thought it did.

The goalie pull was unnecessary, but props to you for having great sportsmanship because you thought the 1st one didn't really go in.

I had one goal that missed, and I shot it from behind the net, yet it bounced in off of a player or the goalie. That was one of the luckiest one I ever got.

Was fun though! See what I meant by the previous post? Kipper made some solid saves to be honest. In some games, he was just utter crap for some reason. Live and die by the goalie I guess.

Yeah, on that first goal what I saw was Bernier shoot off of the one-timer, then I heard the post clank and the puck fluttered up, over and behind the goal. I've never seen anything like that before in my history of playing this game(about 100 games).

Hey man, I accepted everyone of your game invites and the damn EA server would make me go through the stupid roster download. Then it locked up on me each time. I'll take you on anytime or are you forgetting our most recent matchup where I PWND you in every facet of the game? Hmmmm?

Also, what is the deal with "INVITE TO GAME" being grayed out on your gamercard? Maybe if I delete you and re-add you? Of is a setting that you have?

I have the same problem. This woudl come up with folks that don't have a Gold level XBL membership. But I do, and this is the only game that causes me this problem.
