With online leagues being new to EA, I think it would be good to look to mid-October for the start of the regular season. Until that time, it'll be used for "pre-season" and to plain figure out the new features.

What kind of settings are we looking at? I'm thinking All-Star with 5 minute periods. Thoughts?

Once I get my copy, and play a day's worth, I'll let you know.

As far as period lengths, I've always been a fan of 5 real minutes.

I don't know how I'm going to manage without JR being on the roster, though. We'll see...

I just had my ass handed to me by Ottawa 5 out of 6 demos. One game I lost 3-0. The only game I won was 3-0. Other than that game I only managed one other goal.

On the brightside I absolutely suck going down screen and I'm using a different view that I have never used before. We should do the "action" camera. The game looks incredibly real this way.

I'll be ready for the regular season though.

i'll be the minnesota wild. Sucks not being the kings. haha!
