Thread: Madden 09, anyone?

Enjoying it so far, but the douchebag type players (onside kick when you are up by 14?, stopping at the goal line on a long run, etc.) and quitters (up 14-0 on Cinci at halftime and the dumbass quits because I am kicking his ass) online are the only issues I have.

I just got '08... : /

Another douchebag move I have noticed is the player running back 20-30 yards then heaving it for a BS catch.

I'd love to have this game, but I've got enough games to keep me occupied right now. Between Call of Duty, Metal Gear, and Civilization, I don't think I'd play Madden if I got it.

Anyone else have serious trouble running the ball?

(Of course the skill level must be set to All Madden all the way across the board. The Madded IQ thing is gay, as is not playing on All Madden)

I don't think I am going to play online Madden for a while, tired of the cheesers and players that think going for it 4th and 3 pinned back on their own 10 is a good ***ing idea. Same goes for the asses that use the same cheap run back 20 yards and heave it play.

At least the CPU will play a good game without trying to cheese you out of a win.
