Thread: MLB 2K9 Demo (or Who Killed Baseball Gaming?)

i own 2k9 and damn what a dissapointment, good thing my girl bought it and not me cause id be pissed if i spent the $60 on this ****, plus it froze and i couldnt continue my season and i was like 3 games in...what kind of crap is that?....so she took it back and got a new one but i havnt even put it in the xbox yet.
I give this game a 1/10 and thats just cause its baseball.

The 2k series for hockey was better than the EA games for years in terms of gameplay but the games WERE ALWAYS BUGGY!!!!

Anybody remember that robot baseball game on NES? Can't remember the name, but it was awesome.

I was never a huge baseball fan, but I remember MVP Baseball '04 and I enjoyed it a lot. Never played '05...in fact I haven't played a baseball game since 2004 lol. NHL is the way to go, especially now that EA is making it a really good game. The 2K series was realistic, but just boring. EA found a way to add fun with realism recently.

My older brother and I used to play BaseWars. I once hit four or five consecutive homeruns against him, so he kicked my ass.

And I'm not talking about the robots fighting.
