The sooner the game gets here, the sooner the frustration sets in. My wife continually asks me WHY I play that game when it gets me SO frustrated at times. It seems to be the only game I ever play that gets me all wound up. I guess it has something to do with things like going into the zone, making 3 perfect passes, getting the goalie out of position, shooting and somehow he makes a miraculous save only to have them come back into my zone and lob a weak wrist shot from the blue line and have it go straight in.

That can be frustrating.

I think with the addition of Be A Pro online, it will be a much more challenging, but equally gratifying way to play the game. To only need to worry about YOUR position first, can only benefit you and your play.

We'll see. Hopefully I'll have mine in my hands tomorrow night to begin the "quest."

Anybody get the game yet? Best Buy's Sunday ad claims they should have had it on the shelves by 2pm today...

I'm stopping by on my way home from work tonight.

Two Best Buys today, and they both had signs up saying that NHL 09 comes out TOMORROW, September 10th.

Went to Eb and they told me tomorrow as well...

Yeah, I went to Best Buy today and they told me to come back tomorrow. Why the **** would you put Tuesday on the ad then?

But that's okay. I'm heading out to the Big A tonight to see the Angels clinch tonight (hopefully) so that'll keep me busy until tomorrow after work. Then it's NHL 09 frenzy! =P
