Yeah i won most of the fights - still got scolded for it.

The "bullseye" things doesn't always work either. Sometimes it just doesn't want you to come off i guess....

Has anyone tried the NHL 94 controls yet?

Anybody find it weird how you can board someone so bad to the point where they'd need to be taken off on a stretcher and get no call, then just bump into someone and get a cross checking penalty?

Similar to how you can completely obliterate someone away from the puck right in front of a ref without shame and not get called for it, but when you're in the crease trying to pick up a garbage goal off a rebound you often end up in the box.

Exactly what I was thinking.

Its also nearly impossible to get a one timer, every time I set myself up for one I end up trying to throw a hit as the puck rolls by. Other than those like three things, I have no complaints.

My team has been scored on because of that a couple times. While I'm over by the bench trying to get off the ice it becomes a power play for the other team!

Something tells me that much of this grading and performance stuff is all hogwash. It seems pretty scripted to me.

I've yet to been called up through 23 games. I'm playing on All-Star difficulty level, 5 minute periods.

I'm playing on the first line left wing for the Monarchs. Leading the AHL in scoring (24 G, 8 A, 31 PIM, +/- 4)

The team is in 11th place with a 10-9-0-4 record.
