If it is like ncaa 10, you have to make the jersey on their website and upload it to their servers. From there you can download it to your console with your xbl account. I would suspect they monitor those teams/jerseys that are made. If you violate the user agreement they remove your uploaded jerseys/teams and I would guess your access to the system.
It will probably happen once in a while, but they will eventually get removed.

It's probably jersey templates and a bunch of EA-created logos.

If that's the case, well there goes our team name..."The purple headed yogurt slinging dongs". We had a logo and everything!

If they do a recall and the game gets delayed releases because of stupid Kane I'm going to be pissed.

They should just move Kane a little to the left and insert Dustin Brown on the right side, shoulder down, about to blindside him with a devastating check. Problem solved.
