Indeed. It rather sounds like they went and destroyed the principle behind what made the whole Be a Pro-EASHL thing cool in the first place.

Frankly, if I have to jump through hoops simply to have a prayer of competing online, I'll stick to my offline dynasty mode.

Kept getting disconnected from Xbox Live last night. It's no secret to you guys as to how much I despise EA Sports now and I bet they heard me.

I'm telling ya, there's some conspiracy going on. The people who are stupid enough to shell out the extra cash is getting tons of lucky bounces online. They score on the stupidest shots. And for us, we're not spending it, and we're having a hard time trying to score a damn goal. The goalie just completely robs us or we just keep hitting the post, over and over.

EA has legalized steroids.

Lol, last night Kwan (NoSoup) and I were talking while he was trying to do the Centennial Montreal team goal and he mentioned something about him being on pro and I didn't realize he was supposed to be on all-star. After the game he's like WTF I didn't get the gloves! I'm like were you on All-Star...doh! haha

In the confusion with setting up the game, I thought I was supposed to BEAT the MCs. I had accidentally left the setting on Pro, and lost. LOL.

So, I started the game over, selected the MCs on All-Star, and beat the Kings. But didn't get the gloves.

I am going through my Be A Pro mode, and I should be able to unlock quite a few +3 and +5 boost. So far so good - I've racked up 20 points in 8 games and am a +24. By the time the season ends I think I'll be good to go, and will have earned my pro player card (+35 player points).

yeah, I thought it was just to use the default settings. no biggie, that team is freakishly good.

Is it odd that I have a harder time scoring goals on Pro difficulty than All Star?
