*sigh* more pathentic Q & A issues in this game.

So I'm waiting until the first roster update after the season to start a Dynasty, so I've been just f'n around with the game, importing songs, etc. I decided to play a game between an AHL team and an NHL team, and just goon the hell out of the game. I ended up with 120 minutes of penalties. I think. First off, fight limits still exist, so after a certain amount (I think it's five), no more gloves will be dropped no matter what you do.

I took a LOT of unsportsmanlike trying though. The problem is, it seems the game gets overwhelmed with a lot of minors. Checking out the Game Summary - Penalties section, and the listing was ALL over the place.

I had penalties that occured midway through a period listed as the 20:00 mark. I had two guys in a fight, one was listed at 3:45, the other listed ten seconds later. Somehow, Alexander Burrows took minor penalties at 3:29, 3:37, 3:55, and 4:12 of the third period - all without goals being scored.

Weird stuff.

9 years of sim through be a gm and I got my +5 passing and 3 star skates! 90 passing here I come!

A little confused. When you save the game while winning the cup with with all 30 teams, do you have to make a new save file for each team or can you override?

As far as Be A Pro goes, I got picked 1st overall as a goalie, played 4 games with the Preds, 3-1 record with 1 shutout and a GAA of under 2, but I still got sent down and have played 5 games with Milwaukee without any sign of a call up.

in be a pro mode........NO ONE took any penalties yet my team managed to be 0/1 on the PP and so it told me i have to help out the powerplay more......lame.

How the **** are you that good at goalie in this game? They hardly even move!

I did it this way and got screwed by EA.

- 7 Game series in Battle for the Cup.
- Started with Anaheim, went down the list one by one until Washington.
- Usually Sim the first four games.

I would say that about 10 teams automatically win in four games for me. So I move on to another team.

- If I have to, I will carefully Sim games 5, 6, & 7 and intervene during the 3rd period or last 5 minutes of the 3rd (depending on how much they're down by).

So I did all that, with the calendar even saying that the team won the Stanley Cup.

I did not save the game, since I was able to do all this in 3-5 hours. The auto-save feature IS on though. And I noticed that every time a team won the cup and when I backed out to the main menu, it's "auto saving". So I'm assuming that it's being registered.

Either way, I didn't get the offensive defenseman boost pack. And now I'm reading that EA needs to "fix" the unlockables in a upcoming patch. Which is quite fishy seeing as EA probably screwed this up intentionally so that the frustrated people who couldn't unlock this stuff would have purchased it already. Along with all the idiots who already bought the thing without bothering to unlock it.
