To get your roster updates online before starting an offline Be A Pro, Be a GM, Season Mode, etc is to go to online team play.

Not sure what the menu is called on the PS3 version but it should be similar on the Xbox.

What I do on the Xbox is select "Xbox Live. Community. Online Team Play Community. Find a match, and that's where I'll download the newest rosters (if available).

Then you can just back out after that and not actually play online if you choose not to.

I'm sure there's another way to download rosters, but this is how I usually do it.

All you gotta do is go to Online on the main screen. Then go to My Online NHL 10. Then Download Rosters. There will be a list, make sure you get the most up to date one.

I had xbox 360 for along time but never had online, and now my gf bought me a ps3 and i have online so im stuck in which system to play lol. I just play both but NHL 10 is kinda hard for me on ps3 i need time to get used to it.

Xbox 360 online is 50 bucks a year... which is only $4.17 a month.

For the past few years, I've just purchased on Amazon a 12 month + 1 month extra subscription card for $40 bucks, so that's about $3.08 a month for me.

Rumor has it that the PS3 will eventually start charging anyway. Whether or not that's true... I have no idea.

hey I want to join the LGK team for the 360, I left a few post in the thread for the team but no one is posting there so I was wondering if anyone that posts here would be on the team and can let me know if there is a roster spot available for a former LGK champion.
