NHL 11 ideas you'd like to see in 2010

No more freezing in the menus period. That one should be a rule by itself.

Definatley improve the GM mode. Its REALLY hard to make trades. I mean if I'm offering Frolov, Ersberg, Stoll, a 1st and 2nd I should be able to pick up Marleau. But there's always some BS about 'we don't want any 1/2 way contracts', 'we don't want blah blah blah'....its damn near impossible to make trades. Also they need to make the player management screens more user friendly (see Madden), also I'd like them to add the stat lines in the player info screens, for example what team did they play for in a certain year and their stats. I also firmly believe that each year the game play should improve at least a little form the year before, smooth stuff out etc....

Otherwise its a pretty good game...not too much to complain about.

Oh and for god's sake...please make the international team jerseys more interesting...the generic flag on front of the jersey is lame and looks really horrible on some of the jerseys. You can be a little more creativ even if you don't hold the IIHF rights to copy the exact jerseys form real life (although that would be something to try and get a hold of wouldn't it EA?)

Keep the Swiss league...love playing in that cause my stepdad played pro in that league for HC Davos and SC Raperswil so its very nostalgic for me to play as those teams I grew up watching. Maybe add some more teams from that league as well. I'd like to see the KHL back in it but sure that won't happen with the NHL/KHL Cold War that's brewing.

Make face offs more realistic. I miss how on NHL 06 I could tie a player up like I do irl

I don't quit understand why we have to wait for the games to be "official" too. What I mean is that in NHL 09, if anyone quits before it hits the 15:00 mark, they won't be tagged with the loss. In NHL 10, if you quit before the 18:00 mark then you're safe from a loss as well. It sucks having to wait "2 minutes" before scoring because 95% of the time, the other team will quit instantly if you score too quickly.

I'm not going to lie. I've played one game online ever, it was NHL 09 and whoever it was I was playing against scored that little glitch goal 5 times straight. I was down 5-0 in the first couple of minutes and I just quit. Losing is one thing, but losing to someone taking advantage of a glitch is entirely different and I didn't want to put up with it. Shouldn't have to.

Oh that's a totally different story. I was talking about EASHL stuff where our team is kicking the other teams ass.

There definitely needs to be a way to avoid these glitchers. If only EA Sports would actively be on the prowl to ban these glitchers/cheesers, we wouldn't run into these lamers as much. But they're free to glitch because they won't face the consequences.
