I love EASHL (especially playing league games with fellow LGKers), and pretty much play it exclusively. As long as the physics get better every year, I am in. The one thing I really hope gets addressed this year is how a player's size effects his game-play.
Hmmm... Interesting, if it does as claimed, but they cut away from the overhead of the Ovechkin video before you could actually see what he did. Nice. I pre-ordered NHL 12 at Gamestop. Might as well play it safe. Went through too much grief with L.A. Noire from Amazon. I know it was probably just bad luck/timing and it won't happen again, but I really want to make sure I have NHL 12 in my hands on the actual release date.
EASHL is a complete joke now. I'm a 88 Legend with 90+ checking, discipline, stick checking, shot blocking, balance, strength & speed. I still get knocked around like a kid by players who are short and skinny. I got to hit a player 2-3 inches shorter than me and I just glance off. I stick lift and my stick goes through the opponents stick. I poke check the puck directly and nothin happens. Players fly by me like I'm standing still. I try to block a shot and the puck will go through me. Am I missing something here? I just don't know how they can be so much better than me and I'm on the same level.
