1. PRESENTATION!!!
Have a new intro to a game... make it more realistic, on the home opener have player introductions like they really do..

At the Draft Show the players taking pictures with their new team and jersey atleast for the first 5-10picks

Have an Award show

Improve stanley cup celebration make it more realistic(SEE MADDEN 11)

Have a high light show at the end of the each week in offline modes

BE A GM

Make Trades more realistic, buyer and sellers have teams actually sell off assets to rebuild.

Have live trades at the draft pick by pick like in Madden

Contract negotiations In one of the 2k games years ago they had actually negotiations where you offered back in forth with the player to get a contract, sometime you had to overpay but if you played it right you could get a more fair deal... they need to bring this to the NHL SERIES!!!

Be Able to Renegotiate Contracts during the season(Look into the 2k series they have some good gems when it comes to contract)

Real coaches with hiring and firing

Just add things to really put you into the game

Either new announcers or at least new Dialogue

Fix fighting have the ability to really clutch and jab

fix scoring add in more freak goals, watch an NHL GAME 9 out of 10 goals aren't perfect like they are in the game...make it more of a surprise when you score... yes there will be the perfect set ups but add in some flukes

think thats it for now... i will add as i think up more...

Fluke goals happen all the time in EASHL. I think it's too unrealistic. I dont think the presentation will be any better either.

I wish they would add 3-4 saveable slots for positions and player types in EASHL. It takes forever to change a player from forward to defense.

i was talking more about BEAGM... there is never fluke goals... they have to be almost perfect set ups

also wish they had a skill comp at the all star game... when i get to the all star game i usually stop check the roster see who made it then simulate, there's no reason to play it... skill comp would be cool

I play a game like FIFA11 and find it amazing how realistic it is. They're both EA, so I don't see why they can't make NHL's gameplay even HALF that realistic then the game would be infinitely better.

If I could think of everything I would want to change about NHL 11 right now, it would be a pretty big list. I'll post what I can think of right now:

Goalie Be a Pro- If you want to be a goalie in be a pro, you sit there and watch a boring game. There are too many times when your players will be in the offensive zone, and your rw and rd will stand there passing back and forth to each other for over 30 seconds. The game just feels boring and unrealistic in this mode. The players don't play like real players.

EASHL- You score a goal in the first 2 minutes of the game, and the other team quits. No penalties toward them. Really EA? That should be a ****ing loss for them! Faceoff glitch where the opposing center moves forward and passes the puck for a one-timer goal...that's really the only obnoxious cheese goal other than the slapshot from the faceoff dots. Goalies need to be better on breakaways. That backhand shot always goes in and the goalie is always out of position. I'm not asking for the goalie to stop it every time, but every once in awhile it would be nice...and for the record, my team plays pretty good defense. Every once in awhile the other team will poke the puck from one of our defenders for a breakaway and it's a goal every time.

...and yes, they need to make a better cup celebration. You play 100+ games including playoffs and get this lame, short celebration that shows every team lifting the cup. WTF is that? Give us something that's worth playing a full season for!

Also, bring back more dressing rooms for EASHL, and fix the damn glitch that shows players from either team in the middle, not on either team (the screen where everybody ready's up.)

Stop having the CPU offer the SAME players for traded when i already rejected it 5 times.
When i'm playing with a team with an overall of 76(created team, the is created to suck for the first few years), i'm not supposed to sit atop the conference.
Make injuries more realistic. I have no problem having a star player sit out for a whole year due to injury. It happens. and when it says someone is injured for a week or so......have him actually sit out some games! Have them have setbacks. I could go 4 years straight with every single player playing 82 games which never happens.
