Ok, I got the demo and all I can say is that is royally sucks. The only cool thing about it was the opening sequence when the red wings got on the ice. Other than that it is not good. The controller layouts are horrible! And after playing NHL 07 and 08 I HATE speed burst. The sound of players checking kinda sounds like someone is shooting off big fireworks every time.
The only thing that sounds cool about the game is the playoff beards and an interactive stanley cup celebration. NHL 10 will have it.

I agree. This game sucks!!! The playoff beards and interactive stanley cup celebrations are a good addition but that's serious all they got going this year. I'm not exactly sure how simplified the controls are. They're pretty bad. A control layout menu would be nice. SucksQuote:
