You got a guild PPharoah?
I have playtested a couple of characters but not a lot of time spent so far, I don't mind switching servers. I haven't quite figured out where my old WoW guild plays (however many of them switched over).

Yea we have a guild called "Voice of Crom" and we got our village spot last night. There's only a certain number of spots and the guild must have 24 members to sign up, we are way past that now.
It's a real casual guild, which is great for me.

If you aren't sure if you can run it, check here:
Can You RUN It?
It's not perfect but it does give you an idea.

I really was planning on waiting until Warhammer, but I've been considering this one more and more. Is there a strong enough soloability to the game? I understand it being an MMO, but the forced group and dungeon quests of WoW really bugged me. Are you forced into the same mode at some point in AoC, or are you still pretty effective soloing your way through levels? I just like my options being open.
Any thoughts on the combat system?

Combat is nice, keeps it fresh. After eight months in beta, and through release it still stays fresh.
You can solo from 1-80 if you want, what I am hearing is that the late thirties and fifties could use some more quest additions (some zones have 200+ hours of content already which is fine for launch), the Devs have addressed this and are working on it.
The post level 40 dungeons are elite and meant for groups, but there seem to be plenty of outdoor areas for us solo types.
You can have up to eight characters so I have no problem playing alternates until the content is opened up.
It's quiet ingame which is a testament to people actually having fun and not bitching about what the game doesn't have yet. Hope you enjoy it as much as the rest of us if you decide to join us.
