Anyone check out the websites? The burger shot one had me on the floor.
I thought disabling the story mode meant you were supposed to call your friends and hang out with them. What else is there to do if you're not advancing the story?Quote:

But I keep hitting the "date" button for all the women at the site, trying to get the benefits of each one. But no one else would respond.
And last night, I killed Carmen by accident. I stole a Police Car and used it to pick her up for the date. I crashed the car until it wouldn't run anymore. But I didn't know that would lead to a car explosion, since no fire was coming out indicating that you need to get out of the car and run.
I got out of the car to look for another car to steal, and BOOM. It said Carmen died. It wasn't until a day or two later (in game time) that she's suddenly okay and that I have to pick her up from the hospital. She's pissed at me though =P
I've been playing at least 2-3 hours a day since I got it last wednesday. I'm barely 34% done, this is a long game! And in a really good way =)
Yea Toocool, be advised ***Spoiler Alert*** for those who don't want to know:
There is a 3rd internet lady named Alexandra Chilton (find her on Craplist.net), she will blog about your dates, she goes by "Liberated Woman" and her special ability allows you a 50% discount on clothing for a 24 hour time period AFTER you unlock this ability. Make sure you wear Perseus clothes only, and score extra points if you show up in a Huntley, Turismo, Stretch, Infernus, or Cognoscenti cars. She does not like Dukes, Bobcat, Pony, Emperor or Willard cars.
She likes Darts, Pool, Bowling, and strip club/comedy clubs.
If you unlocked the other girls special abilities could you share how? I have their fondness to 100% and have had no unlocks. How did you do it? Thanks for any help!

This game is all sorts of awesome.
Just messing around in the single player, I pissed off the cops and hid behind a dumpster in a dead-end alley. I just started taking them all out until there was a huge pile of bodies....eventually SWAT came to take me down. One of them tried to rush my position and he got absolutely SMOKED by a dozen of his buddies.
Screwing around online is pretty fun, too.
Don't know about anyone else but online has become really laggy lately.
I know this is so gonna get my gamer card taken away from me...but I still only have a ps2...I looked on BESTBUY.COM/AMAZON and there seems to be no ps2 version of this game???? Are you serious??? I know I am a Flintstone in a Jetsons world...but damn...guess I will have to wait for the pc version if there is going to be one. Sucks to be me, but I don't play enough games to justify dropping mega$$$$ for a new system.:ballchain:
