If any gamer thinks they should be allowed to just give their games to friends and screw out developers, "like photos and music" then you're no different than someone pirating a movie or taking your camera inside a theatre. After all, someone obviously bought a ticket to see it, so why shouldn't everyone else get to for free.
Yup, and how dare people donate clothes as well. Think of those designers!

It should be noted that half of the people "Hating" in this thread own an Xbox 360. Hell, I've owned an Xbox ever since Halo: Combat Evolved first came out for the original Xbox.
Using your analogy I should be able to sell my California Driver's License and all the rights it affords to someone else because I have the plastic card in my possession.

I got you beat. I slept waited outside the mall to get the og Xbox. While i applaude MS for coming to their senses, I am still not a fan of always on Kinect. Guess their connection with the NSA doesnt help.
And borrowing or sharing is not piracy. Same with movies and music. Now making copies of software, videos, music is piracy. Big difference.
I don't work for the game industry so it doesn't affect me. Game developers are acting like the consumer is out to **** them. boo hoo. I own both an Xbox 360 and PS4. 360 (in my opinion), is far superior to PS3. I will, however, not be purchasing an Xbone due to Microsoft being jack holes. PS4, yes please!
