Netflix and MLB.TV can be accessed through other means and since they are not paid directly to Sony I don't believe the customer can go after Sony for that but any customers who paid for PSN Plus may have damages if Sony does not offer some sort of credit or month extension.Quote:

This is insane, there is no reason to take more than 2 weeks unless they actually had no protection for data at all and now have to create both the hardware and software protection that a 8 yr old would have insisted on in the first place.
