I saw this thread, then another at a different message board and decided to download it. 256MB, then a 40MB patch, then a 2 gig download. WTF? I really want to check it out now that I read what it's about, but that 2 gig download is a killer. Sounds like it could be one of the best PS3 experiences to date. I definately want to get my hands on this thing.
It does sound extremely sick. :)
I wonder if it'll lag like a b****. But we'll have to wait and see.
Played it. Totally didn't see 256 players. It didn't lag though... and it was hard. I can't play shooters on a console for the life of me.
I don't think they're amping it up to the 256 yet. So far only one map is open....Quote:

I agree about the console FPS games....give me a damn mouse & keyboard anyday
Is it compatible with a mouse/keyboard? you could just hook up a USB mouse and keyboard and play if it is. It's the only way i play shooters, i just can't stand trying to aim with the joystick.
