Just curious.. what Division is the LGK PS3 team in?
We are up and down like crazy lol. Couldn't give you an answer, let's just say the way they designed the division standings was really lazy and stupid. Teams who have played barely into the double digits are ahead of us sometimes while we have played hundreds of games.
Oh and tonight was awesome. Only played a couple games...but it was cool.
In my first game I got a hat trick and an assist as a center for the first time. I was lucky enough to have the points to put my faceoff rating all the way to 95 and only lost 4 faceoffs haha. I like being a sniping center, my ratings help so much. I think Card set a record in PIM's that game haha.
Game 2 was just me and Card, 1-0 overtime loss. I played some pretty good D, and I like that feeling. My favorite part was when I hit some guy, skated fast to block a shot, then hit another guy right after.
I apologize for the first game though, I'm not used to being on offense and I wasn't too aggressive at times, although I had the poke-check down like a mother****er. I was also a puck hog at times, which resulted in the only goal they scored. Just gotta get used to it I guess.
Funny stuff when we were playing Chicago (game 1) and this dude was messaging me non-stop to tell card to fight. Then he called us pussies and I said "check the score-board dude." haha
Good job at C Max, I think I was 1g 3a in that game. Once I saw you could finish, I kept passing to you. Poke check usually works for me too, checking everything gets me out of position a lot where I can't follow up with the loose puck. I usually mainly hit when the opponent is in the neutral zone or crossing our blue line.
I prefer pokes and stick lifts or getting into the passing lanes to steal for the quick counter attack.
Jon and that guy on the other team were battling to see who could get more penalties, lol.
I was amazed at how many faceoffs you won lol. I'm so not used to getting faceoff wins (since I'm usually LD) my thumb isn't fast enough to launch a slapshot in the offensive zone right away. I need practice haha. if I can get back to LD, I'll feel a lot more comfortable. I don't know what it is about RD that really messes me up.
:kings: I am now the leader im Penalty Minutes for our club, I think its around 800mins. :kings: Its so weird I have taken all those penalties in the past few games but I have also had 15 points in 6 games - 5g 10a. :kings:

Jon can't help it. I'm the same way, and I've been since I joined the team. Hitting is too much fun.
I really like playing center since I have a 95 faceoff rating with the legend card. Sniper kicks ass. But I also like being on defense. I'll Stay D whenever we have 4 or less people, but more I'll be a forward.
Hitting is fun, i'm just ****ing with Jon because it's so funny.
I used a O Dman before but tried the D Dman last night. Man the passing with that player sucks but I think I played D better overall with him. The checking, stickwork and D awareness were nice to use. I had to jump it up to 83 speed to be comfortable.
