I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but I'm kinda skeptical about new members on the team. When we first started out, we invited a bunch of new players and the team was a complete disaster. Now that it's mainly the same players from 09, we are winning a lot more and we know how each other play. Although if you are good at staying in your position and you know how to play the game...I don't think anyone would mind it.
Anyway, RW kicks ass now that I changed my player to Ziggy Palffy. I think in 3 total games at RW, I have 7 goals in 3 games, not sure how many assists. Playing as a sniper on David's wing is a match made in heaven haha.

yer killin me ben! you now have to switch to RD if Max isn't playing there. then I won't be all pissed at you running into me behind the goal or in front of the net lol.

If we get to play as a 5 man team I would like to play with this lineup
Edit & I have great chemistry. We find each other on the ice very well & we both make good passes. With Max as the sniper I am sure we would both be racking up the assist. Kwan is the best stay at home D & has a great shot from the point if needed. Ben plays good D but would have to stay back cause then he would be running into Max.lol But he has a good shot and can get the puck to bounce off the goalies pads for rebounds.

hey, I'd be happy to move up to forward. I guarantee a hat trick a game! that may not come from me, however.

From a team that cheesed us earlier, this dude named PhilKessel messaged me: "LOL Joke" as in Team LGK sucks. So I messaged him back, "No. What's a joke is Phil Kessel and what's a bigger joke is the Leafs." Never messaged back so I'm sure I hurt his feelings.

Tonight was great. Had Ben on defense, and D and I up at forward. We killed it tonight. The only game I was disappointed about was one we lost. We were playing against the 14th ranked team from last season (November.) We lost 2-1 and got unlucky hitting 2 posts, I really felt we should've at least got it to OT. They didn't cheese, they were just ****ing good. I messaged one of the members telling him something like, "Your teamwork is ridiculous, you gotta be ranked in the top 25. I don't mind losing to good teams that play fair. Good game guys." and he wrote back, "Yeah we were ranked #14 last season. You guys had a great game...it was really close. Great job at hanging in with a top 25 team."
I thought it was kinda cool that we got that compliment. We gotta keep up the good play. I feel like with Ben at defense switching with me at forward, our team is kicking ass. Ben is getting pretty much a goal or more a game which practically matches his LW average, and I'm scoring a lot of goals thanks to smarter play and having Dave at C. I'm having a little bit of trouble getting the puck to Ben, but I'm sure it will come along as we play more. The fact that I've played defense for a long time and now moving up helps me realize how to play the game better. Good games tonight, guys!

I was trying out D-Dman that game but I was too much of a lightweight as I had my physical stats unchanged from my O-Dman settings.
I don't mind the D-Dman player type, It's sometimes good but the passing stat is horrendous when playing against the elite teams if I still want any offensive capability. If I had an O-Dman partner then I would try the D-Dman.
I switched back to O-Dman after that game and was feeling better.
D-Dman: 6'3" 212lb
O-Dman: 6'2" 205lb
Dave jumped back on afterwards as he wasn't tired like he thought and we played 3 games against the same team, we won the first 4-3 in a nice pitched battle, lost the second as my connection went bad and I DNF'd and the last game we destroyed them and they quit 4-0.

Ben, try going big. at 6'9" and 240 I can keep up speed and acceleration wise with everyone, and its a hell of a lot of fun pounding on people when I'm that size. I really need to get the +5 checking boost tho.
