Thread: PS3 NHL10 Online Club

I love that "play" we did against that human goalie last night. You deked him out and hit the side of the net, then the puck came right back out and I shot it in. I tried to stay out of your way so you could score, and maybe follow up in there was a rebound, so I was lucky it worked (since usually the goalie will make the save if you don't score.) I definately liked having you back on defense with me because you weren't out of position and we switched sides very well. Then on offense you did a great job on LW. I think you should keep playing LW and see how that works out for a few games.

That "play" was awesome for YOU! I had like 3 breakaways that game and that whore of a goalie would make a lucky ass toe sliding save or I would deke him out and hit the side of the net and you would pick it up and throw it in.

Now when I play defense I have that "stay back" mentality. I will join the rush RARELY and its usually toward the end of the game.

I will probably start playing LW more, I like the change.

Yeah Jon, that team was pretty bad. The goalie picked it up after the first 3 goals though. I try it at least once every game against human goalies, but I really want to score the spin-o-rama on one and save the replay. This time, the goalie came out and made the dive move which sucked.

Yeah, I fell asleep last night as I told you guys already. Glad we got some games in.

It never fails, whenever a few of us are doing great and winning, Paul will come online and play one game. We always lose that one game...and obviously it's not because of Paul because he very very rarely makes stupid moves with the puck or turns it over. It's not even anyone's fault in particular usually, we just end up losing for some strange reason. I'm glad Paul showed up for the one game though. I think I said it earlier in the thread when we were all arguing, but I feel like this is some sort of crazy disfunctional family and it already feels weird without Felix playing for a couple nights, and Paul too. If this was a family, I guess I'd be the youngest one in the family, who bitches til he gets his way haha. Not that I get my way with anything, because I only bitch just to bitch haha.

I'll be on within 20 minutes, someone get online by then!

Haha doubt it. VS mode is waaaaay too easy (well at least on PS3.) People just suck lol, they don't know how to make plays and carry the puck, play defense, or use the settings (forecheck, defense, offense) to their advantage. But from the posts I've seen on here in the X-BOX thread, it sounds like there are more glitches and trickier players.

Saw that David and Paul left the club. I can't say I'm surprised lol. Hope you guys do well with the new club you guys make, just not against us lol.
