how many times do i have to get hit away from the puck to FINALLY draw an interference penalty? atleast 15 times i got hit in front of the net when i could have scored

the passing. its ATROCIOUS online. i aim to the right, and it passes it to the left directly to the opposition and we give up a goal right there.

Well I was kind of doing the opposite on C for most of the games. Ben would come help on D (he was LW) so I moved to either wing that was open and you guys would give me the pass. I think that works either way as long as I recognize that a wing is helping defensively and I take their position.

it doesn't really work when the LW and LD are basically standing next to each other when we gain posession. there still isn't anyone to pass to where the LW is supposed to be.

there is a "box" in front of the net where you won't get called for an interference penalty (you might get a cross checking or roughing penalty however). I try to hit people in that box all game long - the other team will always set up a guy there waiting for a pass, which is something we absolutely should be doing on offense.

thats the thing, i WASN'T in the box. i was a good 5 feet away from it. i was skating towards the net, and i kept getting hit while going through the middle to get set up.

can the gm send me an invite? I'm Manbearpig17666

Kwan, what I mean is...if Ben is where I should be (defending in my spot) and I am where he should be (waiting for the puck on LW) ...then it wouldn't make a difference. As long as we have a forward defending in the right spot, and a forward waiting for the puck in the right spot...then it doesn't matter who is doing what. It's not like our players get different attributes from being a LW or C.

Tonight was the first night I've had fun every game. First game was 1-0 win, with Savnok having 3 defenders around him, so sleye jumped in with the puck and passed to me on the right....goal/win!

Second game we lost I think...I don't remember the score though. It was 2-1 or something.

Third game, sweet comeback against the Canadiens. We were trading goals all game, but they got their first lead of the game in the 3rd period...3-2. We scored (don't remember the goal), and with 13.1 seconds left, Ben passes the puck to me while drawing 2 defenders to him and I 1-time it 5 hole. That was our worst GA all night, 3 goals so we are improving.

We lost our last game 2-0 because we had no defenders...neither did the other team though, they had 2 forwards too. They got 2 one-timer goals and it pissed me off because I know they wouldn't have scored both if we had Kwan or one of Ben and I back there. Stupid.

Make sure you guys check your equipment constantly and attribute boosts in your equipment, as well as the normal attribute points too. Check them especially if you play on Be A Pro, but realize that if you get new equipment/equipment boosts in BAP and update them, you also gotta update your equipment in my pro on the main nhl 10 screen. It looks like I'm the only one with new equipment...

does offline equipment carry over to on-line? that's so odd.

I think it is a little "looser" this game vs 09, which I think is better, becuase it was just way too tight in 09.
