I'd guess there are at least 100 quests. Some talk to you a lot, some not so much, some are just job board postings with a text popup, so there's not really that much game time letting them yak.

Much more time shooting or driving.

Blake was a bobble-head.

This might have the best Easter eggs in a while in any game though.

I found the Doom level (music and everything) and you go in to get another bobble-head. I know there is a Quake one too but haven't found it yet. There was a Dev room with all their signatures too. Other little things like Doom T-shirts, a Fallout bobble-head, etc.
