I can't get past Mosh 1, only get around 35% done. I ****ing hate triplets and those damn descending notes. I simply can't do them.

thats amazing.
Seriously, has anyone been able to complete Through The Fire and Flames? I've finished all the GH games on hard, and am working through all the games on expert, but I can't come close to completing that song. On hard in practice I've gotten a 66%, though I have only tried twice. One day....
Haven't even tried it. I gave up on guitar hero 3 after not being able to beat Lou on hard after about a thousand tries. Maybe I'll go back to it again soon though.
Right now I'm one song away from beating Rock Band on expert. Too bad the last song is Green Grass And High Tides, clocking in at just under 10 minutes (Nine minutes and 30 seconds of which is solos).
Well, on a whim I went and tried guitar hero 3 again and beat Lou's bitch ass on the first try. Apparently playing expert on Rock Band helped. I guess I'll move onto expert on GH3 now...
that's insane I never played any the gh's but my buddy is getting for xmas from wife so we can play, wow that is insane. It looks kinda fun I guess, except for the part of listening to reigining for the millionth time but now just to beat a game.
Ya, I've beat every song on Expert except for Raining Blood and Lou. TTFATF is easy on hard, but damn impossible on expert. But I still play it on training for the hell of it. It's got something like 3700 notes, and I'm getting closer and closer to getting 3000.
I've heard that beating Lou on expert is easier than beating him on hard, you just have to get the whammy powerup at the right time, and then there's a string of green notes if you hit him with it he fails every time. I'll let you know when I get there... :)
Expert on GH3 is definitely harder than Rock Band though.
