After that cut scene, right when you get control of your character again, you can either run forward down the walkway towards the emporer, or you should see Vader down to the right. Jump over the railing in Vader's direction to trigger the dark side ending (after you whip Vader's ass again, of course).

The wii does indeed have this ending. That's what I get for playing with the volume down

I didn't care for the darkside ending. How is the mutil player on the wii
