Depending on what you were looking for, Galaxies was an outstanding game. Despite its flaws, I think it was the most successful MMO in terms of content/options for non-combat classes and social interaction. Then they turned it into World of Starwarscraft....

Yeah SWG was the best mmo ever but then they changed it and made it on big piece of crap.
