Thread: Target Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale on Video Games!

I have so many ****ing games in my queue gathering dust on my shelf that I doubt I'll find three more I need to add... but just wanted to pass this along to my fellow gamer nerds! Really awesome deal. Wish soooo badly that Amazon would do the same...

Cool deal. Unfortunately, no games worth buying right now. Everything good comes out this fall... crap.

Yeah, problem with this deal is that it's really only good for buying three new titles at full price, and I virtually never pay full price for a game. None out at the moment that I HAVE to have (ala GTA 5, FFXIII-3, etc)

Haha yeah. That's probably why they're doing it I guess. Slow season. Speaking of which, I beat FFXIII again. Now I'm finally going to work on those Cieth Stone Missions. This should take up enough of my spare time until XIII-3 comes out.

That's awesome... I loved those frigging games so much. Still have the Lightning background I unlocked on FFXIII on my PS3.

I'm in one of my un-explainable "video game slumps" where I haven't played one in months. My sports writing schedule is about to slow down again after March Madness, so I'll probably start up again then. 1000G'd Blue Dragon on XBOX360 and then Platinum'd Infamous on PS3 a few months back. Then I played and beat FF1 (have never played 1-6!), got about halfway through FF2 and then this slump began.

Will have to finish that up at some point and make my return to current-gen gaming. Current front runners for next game to play (that are all currently gathering dust on my shelf) include Uncharted 2, Assassin's Creed II, God Of War III, Ni No Kuni or Catherine. Here is my stack of games that I haven't played yet:

Yeah, great deal! My buddy scooped that up last month and we did a bunch of side missions together... taking over bases and hunting and stuff is fun! I'm usually not a first person shooter guy, but its a pretty kick ass game.

I still need to finish Gears 3. I just bought digital copies of NiGHTS and The Darkness. Although I am tempted to get Darksiders 2 for $15 at Best Buy this week. So many games, so little time. Heck I just finished watching End of Days and I have had that movie for 2 months.

I haven't had much gaming time lately, and it's all been claimed by Rocksmith and Borderlands 2.
