OK, does this have all the playable characters/dlc etc. I have the original yet I am too lame to get characters like Taskmaster unlocked. What say you gamers?

Capcom has insulted people for the last time. If I *really* want this game, I'll wait for the Super Ultimate MVC3 Edition that will probably come out in 5-6 months.
I have Marvel vs Capcom 3, and I like it. Hell, my kids like it. But I've made quite a few purchases lately and I don't think I'll be picking this up.
From the review I watched on GameTrailers, they say it's worth it. More characters, more outfits for the original MvC3 characters, new levels, and smoother gameplay/slider settings. It's only $40, so if you don't have the original version, I think it's worth picking it up. I'd be pissed too though, if I owned the original one. Reading online I found that Gamestop will give you $7 on MvC3 as a trade in.
I just got it. All the characters are unlocked, except Jill and Shuma Gorath which are DLCs.
I'm going to buy this game for the PS3. I never got the first version because I know Capcom ALL TOO WELL!!! ;)
