The story focuses on the hero’s relationship with his mentor and father figure, fan fave Victor “Sully” Sullivan, and has him searching for a legendary lost city that will ultimately take him to the Arabian Peninsula and the vast wasteland of the Rub’ al Khali Desert, also known as the Empty Quarter.

I was just reading about that earlier. Can't wait, I love the Uncharted series.

Halfway through the first game, and picked up part 2 GOTY edition from Amazon during Black Friday. Looks like I have a year to get caught up for part 3.

How much better is Uncharted 2 from the first game? I'm liking the first one enough, but it's not an all-time classic IMO.

Part 2 IS an all-time classic.

Uncharted 2 is pretty good. I bought the first one at the Greatest Hits price after playing Uncharted 2 and I was disappointed. The control schemes are also a little different so that messed me up too.
I stopped playing the first one but it's been long enough now that I'm hoping to be able to play without the muscle memory making things harder.

Uncharted 2 is the best PS3 exclusive imo. The storyline is ****ing awesome, the gameplay is awesome, and the game is pretty long the first time through (I forgot how long it took me, but I think it was over 24 hours altogether. Might be wrong.) One of my all-time favorite games.

So totally psyched for this one. A must-have the day it comes out. Hell, it's already a must have.
