Thread: World of Warcraft

The only reason to get a PC to go with my Mac is for me is to play some of the sim/rts games. Sins of a Solar Empire looks very cool.

On the Mac I played a ton of Masters of Orion 2, 3 and Homeworld 2 and I love the Civ games and the Sim games.

I popped Railroad Tycoon 3 into the drive last week and rocked it straight for about 7 hours. heh

Loved RRT...vanilla, 2, 3, and the simplified Sid Meier's Railroads as well.

Sins is beautiful, and has a real solid developer/publisher behind it. Definitely give it a look.

D@mn you all!

I was clean; It had been 30 (+) days since my last WoW session! Thanks to this thread...I booted it up today and got my updates done...I had forgotten how to do certain things in-game (I guess they are perishable skills; LOL).

So now I am playing again, curses!

Lvl 43 Night Elf Rogue
Lvl 32 Human Paladin

Well, now I know what I'll be doing until the Entry Draft/FF/Training Camp roll around.

It's a good thing they homogenized the game to the point of being completely ridiculous AND destroyed the arena system, AND introduced the worst raid since the game's inception, uludar. It made it really easy to quit, sell my account, and buy P90X with the proceeds.

this game sucks now.

I think the release of The Burning Crusade screwed it up. Karazhan was the worst raid I've ever seen. I really miss the old days of AQ, Onyxia, and MC. The game was just so much more fun back then. The new patches are making everything easy for a new player to level. Lowering the riding skill to level 30 was bad... 20 is just plain stupid. Don't get me started on Death Knights. heh

I think I'm done. Maybe I'll try selling my account, too.
