Unrelated to the thread title but I'll just post it here instead of making another thread:
Is there a significant difference between the HDMI cablle and the JD components (red, blue, green)? When I got my Elite, it only came with the basic composite cable (red, yellow, white) but thankfully, my Vizio TV had a free HDMI cable.
