XBox 360 NHL 10 Thread (EASHL)

Please post in this thread if you are getting NHL 10 and plan to play in the EASHL.

I noticed there are a lot of LGKers who play on Xbox Live when Watti had the Tournament going, but if you played in the EASHL... we didn't know about it.

Our LGK team for the last 5-7 months seemed to consist of:

LAKUnderling - Left Wing, #27
dousk - Center, #2
RowdyPiper - Right Wing, #39
GRTooCool (me) - Left Defense, #11
Cross Traffic - Right Defense, #??
Jotunsynthesis - Right Wing, #13
sportstsar - Left/Right Wing, #25
tehralphy - Right Defense, #??
Clawdog - Defense/Center, #12

*Currently can't remember Cross Traffic and tehralphy's number*

- There are times where we have a fun time changing our player names and numbers to represent real life Kings. Just recently, we played a game where all of our names were midget related people (not intended to offend people), and giant related people. It was a blast.

We have been anywhere from Division 7 to 12 during the last 4-5 months. We're currently sitting on Division 8 (though there aren't many opponents to play anymore).

We're all really friendly and we don't bite. Just looking for some more players if you're interested. We don't get upset with each other when we lose or f*** up. But obviously, you need to be a team player when it comes to passing, scoring, setting up plays, and doing your part on the defensive end.

We're usually online almost everyday from 5-8 PM pacific time. So if that time works for you, then you should expect to play with us often.

Haha I keep forgetting that I changed my gamertag to sportstsar. Gotta rep the blog though!

And for the record, I only play LW if Rowdy snatches RW from me first!

I know that Boozehound and I took the 16th off of work, so we'll be on all day playing EASHL. I'm sure we'll also be on the 15th as soon as we get home from work. We will create the 360 team and add you new guys. The only requirement is that you have to be a TEAM player. No hot shot / cheeser / glitcher / midgets allowed. We play legit hockey, and we're a fun group to play with - no pressure, just good times.

We are going to try the Kings again this year, but I have a strong feeling that we'll end up using custom jerseys instead, since Kings AI seems to suck more than every other team's in the game. Ever since we switched to the Hawks we've been way better.

Better be safe than sorry and pre-order to get the extra points - don't take the chance of not having the code in the box. Just saying. Either way - see you all online in a week!
