A computer is good for much much much more than playing games.
I'm just saying the cost isn't really a factor in most cases. Most people who can afford to have a newer generation gaming console also have a PC/Mac.
I simply prefer almost all multi-port games on PC. Generally better graphics, control (I simply cannot play any fps with a console controller), customization (mods, maps, updates), etc.
Especially now that the PS3 can play AVI and DIVX
FTW
Ok, I didn't know that and I have to admit that DIVX playback is HUGE in my book. But still.....GAMES DAMNIT!!! I WANT BETTER GAMES!!! And DIVX playback means I'll require a hard drive bigger than 80gb. Then again I an always stream DIVX wireless.

Um.....the 360 plays DIVX too. I just didn't know that. I put a movie on my flashdrive, plugged in the flash to the 360's USB port and after downloading a short update off Xbox Live I was watching my movie right off the drive.
TAKE THAT PS3!!!
