This debate is a fun one, but I will re-iterate that if you want to jump into high def (blu-ray) the PS3 is what you should buy. Sure the 360 has a few advantages in gaming and more people playing online, but all of the newly released games play just as well on BOTH consoles.

Fail. MGS4 is a better movie than Gears of War. As a game, it falls just short of the length of the demo for Heavenly Sword.

Halo has got to be one of the most overrated franchises of all time. Halo 2 put me to sleep. To be fair, I never have played Halo 3 because I thought Halo 2 sucked much balls. So maybe it got better, but I doubt it. The Forge looked cool, I guess.

Any others? Cuz Halo 3 just isn't very persuasive, imo.

Scared that they already gave it to Sony in the ass by getting everyone to pay full price for their console by coming out a year ahead of the ps3, and now giving it to Sony in the ass again by making it possible to get into an xbox for half the price of a PS3? That kind of scared?

As for games, we've been through this before:

Gears
Gears 2
Mass Effect
Ace Combat 6
Bioshock (though the PS3 is getting it a mere year after its release)
Halo 3
Halo Wars
GTA 4 exclusive content

etc...

But hey, the PS3's got "Genji: Days of the Blade"
