Ya Can be a tough call.
I know I want to tame wild horses, and if I already have the fastest and best horse in the game, what's the point?
Golden Guns don't appear to be the best guns in the game, just offering more fame per kill which you would get anyway if you plan on playing the game through.
So for me, the best option was the dead-eye regen from the GS pre-order, I am not terrific with timed events and the extra time in gunfights might be a lifesaver.
Anyway that's how I chose...

Yeah, I hear you about the horses. If you go through horses like I go through cars in GTA, what is the point of having the war horse? Sure its great for the 5 minutes its alive. Does every horse become a war horse when you get on it, or am I going to be spending lots of $ buying new ones all the time? I get the feeling that outfits will be available as a purchase so I am still in the air about which one. It's between the horse and outfit... I am leaning to the horse since you get 500 gaming zone points at best buy which is like a $10 gift card.
