Thread: Andrew Breitbart, we hardly knew you

Anybody that could inspire so much hatred and angst from the left the way Andrew Breitbart did, is a hero in my book. Any four letter word you call him just makes him that much more awesome.

And what's really funny in this thread is those who condemn others for talking ill of the dead. He was well known for doing just that. It's OK that he did it because he's dead now?

I didn't know him, and neither did any of you (I think that's fair to assume). We can only judge him by his actions. Many of them were deplorable, and I don't see any redeeming qualities... He used his popularity and influence to hurt others and further his cause. Not, to me, the sign of a good man.

Maybe it's just me, but I think it's just as ridiculous to speak well of bad people because they're dead, than it is to speak ill of people because they're dead.



All that being said, whether or not you think he's a decent person will be highly positively correlated with your political beliefs.

What do you have against Jim Jones? I thought socialist cults were the "in thing".

Lots of hate here. Kennedy was a coward and a murderer. AB called him on that. ACORN is a corrupt and dishonest organization. He helped expose that. Breitbart helped expose Obama for what he really is. If it was Limbaugh, the church and GW Bush that had been exposed, a lot of the haters would call him a hero.
