Sick. Not that it is out of the question that al qaeda could behind the threat but I would guess it is just some nutter with some serious mental problems.

thankfully it appears to have been a hoax. Traffic nightmare down there right now. My buddy works nearby and says his office lobby was full of students just camping out waiting for an all clear. Expecting the bars down there to be full right about now.
