hope you are aware that Highland Lakes is in Western Sierras, not Eastern.

well, it doesn't mean that you should change your mind. we just wanted to make sure you don't end up driving up and down the 395 for hours looking for that place.

well, i actually will be driving down the 395, then to the 89 and then the 4. it's a bit longer drive, but i sure do love the views on the 395 =)
