Or at least at this time he hasn't taken responsibilty for it. It had to be the cops fault for doing their job. It would absolutely amaze you how many innocent peole are wrongly cited, arrested, and convicted daily...(sarcasm) right! "But that's not mine"... "It was in your pocket".
