I would just stick with the penile implant. I can get you a firm price on one of those.

I had my 2nd molars removed when I was 14 and it was hoped my wisdom teeth would come in straight, they didn't. So when I was 19 (Night of game 2 of the 93 Cup Final), I had the impacted wisdom teeth pulled on the bottom only and implants put in their place. They used to have a screw that went through the crown into the socket that was drilled into your jaw. The newer generation has a stump that a crown is placed on top of it. One of them lasted 18 years and then couldn't stay tightened down, so I have one implant with the old design and the new one. Cost in 1993 was $2,000 plus the cost of the crown IIRC. The replacement crown and stump cost me $900....UGH.

I have a few crowns and a bridge or two. Bridge works great for covering a gap.

$3K? Damn, I was quoted $6k for a implant. Went the Rootcanal and Cap route for $1400.
See if there is a dental school around. One of my bros got a implant for under $1800 and he raved about the service and procedure. Keep that in mind.

$3,000 seems decent. I have two implants, two veneers and two different sets of crowns. Ran about $14k when it was all said and done
The most important thing you'll have to worry about is pain management. When I got my implants done I wasn't told about the little circumstances that prolong recovery time, and I ended up paying for it in the end
