Filipino wedding?

The wedding was this past weekend.

We were "charged" with being available to the couple for advice on relationship issues and to be godparents for their children when they have them.

We did not pay for the wedding, but did pay for a photo booth as our wedding gift. The photo booth was really cool, there were 2 sets of pictures printed each time. One set was to take home and the other went in to a scrapbook with personal messages to the couple.

The food was good, but that was never a concern. I will eat just about anything!

The one thing we were never advised about was wearing purple.

speaking of Filipino food and the fact that you'll eat just about anything... i swear by my Granfather - Henry J. Ramel, if you eat Balut, i will buy you several beers to wash that s*** down!!!!

Man as a kid growing up in the Philippines foods like balut and dinuguan were good. Until my parents and or neighbors told me what they were. It took me years to eat another balut, but I have. I came, I ate, I won $20.
