As an Asian man/thing, this was f'n hilarious.
One day I'll get a call from my HR and me apologizing while saying "I promise I won't say 'you can trust me I'm Asian' anymore"
While I don't post this to debate, endorse, or engage in any type of religious discussion on this board, I simply picked it as a text reference written a few years ago; the old testaments book of genesis tells a story about blame shifting -
"The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me from the tree, and I ate." 3:12
"The serpent deceived me, and I ate." 3:13
Statements about the U.S. in this regard with some sort of "before/after" thought caught my attention. Surely you guys don't suggest that there's an "old America" without a prevalence of people who instinctively and/or with conscious aggression, refuse self admissions of blame?
I just thought these are interesting ways to reference blame shifting. Sorry if I'm reading too much into your replies?
Gotta admit, I was cracking up this morning when it came on the radio. Had to YouTube it. F'ing amazing.
"Go **** yourselves, San Diego."
Oh man, when I read that, I was dying laughing. Everyone in my floor heard me. The best part, is that the station actually had a full screen infographic. I have to assume that someone at the station was like most of us and thought, "Fk it, let it roll. This will be awesome."
Have to appreciate the vetting by the station, and them trying to pass the buck.
well, guess who got sacked?
