    yes, this is what i've been told also. my husband lived in minnesota and utah and i've been told that MN is buttf***ing frigid, utah has the best powdery snow and what i experienced was the slush of the east. i guess based on that i would be willing to vacation in western canada or the utah area during the winter. probably won't do eastern canada again unless it's another season though, lol.
