Congrats!
Congrats!
at the draft party a couple of years ago, and under a considerable haze, i heard Birdman yell out the following (about 4 or 5 times, i think) - "don't marry yourselves to players!" he went on to reiterate that idea more than once on the boards, and i believe it to be absolutely sage.

Samantha shall be her name. So far from what I've seen. Men will never understand pain until we give birth. **** looks grim I'd never want to go thru it lol.
First few days best advice is to sleep whenever the baby does. You are gonna have to tough it out with 2 hour spurts here and there. Try to field all the phone calls for your wife unless she really wants to be on the phone with someone. Also they typically feed your wife and not you. Try to find something close by and enjoy the good times.
btw if your wife is still in labor they're not feeding her, don't dare eat something in front of her.
Congrats ! Best of luck.
We went in at midnight, right after watching the Kings beat Dallas at the house in Nov 2010 (I tell her all the yelling after the win made Jr want out) About 9 hours later out pops Jr. Sleep forget about it. I think I was up for at least 30+ hours before/during/after he was born. Your sleeping habits will never be the same again. Congrats and good luck.
We are the Samurai, the warrior elite who protect and serve. Armed and armored from head to toe, masters of our personal weapons and bound by Honor, Duty, Loyalty, and Honesty. We walk the long path into the places society would prefer forgotten, and chase those demons that most would run from screaming in fear. We are the Samurai.
Congratulations!
How did you do in the delivery room? My biggest fear is my weak stomach and either hurling or passing the F out during delivery in october....
