Actually they are paintballs with a pepper powder inside instead of paint. The shotguns are firing Super Sock bean bag rounds or 40 mm rubber projectiles. Pepper balls are usually aimed at the feet to get a good spray pattern of the powder. The bean bag rounds and 40 mm rubber projectiles are aimed at center mass or legs to discourage people from advancing on us.

I totally agree and will add that it is also not funny having chunks of concrete, rocks, bottles, sticks and a molotov cocktail thrown at you either.

This almost sounds like an average day for an umpire...

Every one of the ****wads that was arrested or anyone who can be identified should be sent a bill for the damage they caused and the time and effort of the police. I'm tired of our tax dollars picking up the bill for irresponsible *******s. I bet they'd think twice next time if they had to pick up the bill. But, half of the "protestors" there probably didn't even know what they were protesting.

as a someone that is either responsible for hundreds of deaths, and possibly thousands indirectly, it is not funny. these people are asking for an as whipping. It depends on how they react if it is lethal or not.

Too funny, my cousin works for APD and when I heard about this I asked him if the place they go to for Tamale Thursday was okay
